At this year’s event, we are excited to debut The Moving Quilt Art Experience. The “quilt” has been attached to a jacket that will be worn by a Syracuse University student. The project has been steered by Professor Rochele Royster who has visited schools, community centers and libraries. She has collected over 400 squares to date, and she’s still working with the community to create more. At this historic program, you will be able to view the jacket and even create your own square.
